We buy properties in the Mid-Atlantic region including MD, DC, VA, PA, DE, WV and occasionally in other states and we work with private investors to invest in residential or commercial properties through our private loan or syndication programs.

We select properties through a detailed financial analysis made with our in-house property analysis software, paying close attention to the cash flow generated by the property or the profit that can be generated through creating value when renovating.

If you are selling a property and want to submit that property to us, please provide:

For residential properties : The price you are asking for, the address. the amount of property taxes, the amount of the loan still owed, and if the property needs repair, information about the condition of the property, and the amount of repairs you think are needed if any. 

For multifamily and commercial properties : The Apod (Annual Property Operating Data) or income and expenses statement, latest rent rolls, the last 12 months of detailed operating expenses.
