Acadie Properties is a company specializing in real estate investments and acquisitions. We buy condominiums, townhouses, single family homes. Our mail goal is to hold and rent but sometimes we also renovate and resell. We are also interested in multifamily properties and apartment buildings.

We buy properties in the Mid-Atlantic region including MD, DC, VA, PA, DE, WV and occasionally in other states. We buy properties directly from sellers or through real estate brokers. We select properties through a detailed financial analysis made with our in-house property analysis software, paying close attention to the cash flow generated by the property for rentals, or the profit that can be generated through creating value when renovating.
