Acadie Properties is a real estate investment company. The goal of the company is to make the acquisition of investment and income properties in the Mid-Atlantic region for itself and for its clients and partners.
We select properties through an in-depth financial property analysis made through our in-house analysis software and value properties according to the stream of income (cash flow) that they generate.

Acadie Properties works with like minded investors and partners. We create value through well prepared and analysed acquisition, asset improvements, long term appreciation and customized intensive asset management.
Acadie Properties has been created by Frederic Petit. Frederic is president of Acadie Properties. He is also a real estate licensee in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia.
